About this pièce
It was a beautiful spring day, and the cherry trees were exquisitely in full bloom – at least that’s what I remember! When I got back to my studio, I went to work to capture that magic. Abundant blue sky, delicate pink blossoms, funky energies under the surface (this piece was inspired by the Jardin des Tuileries, and there’s all kinda histories under the surface of this exquisite gem), it all came together in this ode to spring, to light, to love.
